With the Excellence de Ludovic you will find a very beautiful expression of the Piquepoul grape variety. This vintage is produced for the 2021 vintage in 1533 bottles. Its color is straw yellow, brilliant. Its nose is complex, elegant with yellow-fleshed fruits: mague and apricot. The attack on the palate is fresh, creamy, beautiful length with fat on the finish. You can enjoy it with fine dishes such as salmon gravlax, pike soufflé, scallop toast
To drink or keep for 3/4 years.
